After eight years as a successful asset-finding technology company, Online Data Services changed their business model to better capitalize on their technology expertise in the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) Searching, Filing and Corporate Documentation Retrieval industry. Our challenge was to position Diligenz as the innovation leader and to differentiate them from other UCC technology companies.
Our objective was to develop a visually memorable brand image that captured the essence of the new business. The use of bright colors and business related illustrations drew attention to the brand, taking it to a new level of creativity in a traditional line of business. This helped to support their market position as leader in innovation.
The brightly colored, illustration-based theme was carried through all marketing materials, from the distinctively styled business card/letterhead/envelope series to the advertising and web site.
The copy, written in a straightforward tone, was developed to reflect the ease of product use and to appeal to the target audience: leadership of banks and lending institutions.
As a result, the product and corporate image brochures were honored with both Silver and Bronze awards in the Services and Image categories at the 2005 Summit Creative Award and International Competition.
